Hi Folks. Jonathan Underwood again at Franklin Kia. The Kia Optima 2016 is just loaded with modern active safety features. It has 6 different air bags for side inpact airbags. It also comes with blind spot protection. So, if you’re going over 18 miles per hours and you turn on your blinker, if there’s somebody in your blind spot it will give you an auditory alert as well as an indication on the side to let you now that some one is in your blind spot. It also has lane departure warning. So as your going down the road it uses your side mirrors and the cameras that are underneath them to see the lane below you. So if you start to drift out of your lane it will go ahead and give you an alert to let you know that you are drifting out of your lane.
