I think this guy bought his Sedona from me, first of all, he traded his Honda that he called The Golden Chariot. For him to trade in something that meant so much to him, I think that we definitely landed on the right car. The Sedona worked out for him because of the features – the heated seats, the backup camera, the UVO service, it all worked out for him and I’m happy I could have sold him that car.
I think it was my customer service. I treated him with respect from the very beginning. You know, it was a mutual understanding on why he came, so I really didn’t waste too much of his time. I got straight to the deal. I actually pulled the car up before he even got her so it was waiting for him, it was all gassed up waiting for a test drive and that’s how I do my customers. I realize that your time is important, your spending your hard earned money and I want to make sure you have a most memorable experience with me.
